The final weekend of our Training for Transformation programme took place this past weekend, Friday 9th and Saturday 10th March. For this final weekend, the group reviewed several of the topics covered in previous sessions and also focussed on the organisational approaches to conflict (the ‘3C’s Model’ of Cooperation, Campaign and Confrontation) and the three responses to social change which are found in contemporary western society.
The group also examined the ‘Hierarchy of Needs’, to discuss and determine the various resources available to people and how these resources are used to assist when making a decision / making out an action in order to achieve a particular outcome and the reasoning behind our decision making.
On Saturday afternoon the ‘Graduation’ took place for all participants who had successfully completed the 6 weekends. There are some photos below and more of our photo page. Have a look and see if you can spot some familiar faces!
The Training for Transformation programme 2011 – 2012 was truly a great success with our highest ever number of participants completing the course and receiving their certification of completion.
