These are tough times for fundraisers. Earned income and funding grants are in decline and the future often looks uncertain. The difference between fundraising success and failure these days hinges upon our ability to adapt and innovate to this changing environment. This fundraising workshop has been specifically designed to harness those very key skills.
By using the multi-disciplined approach of Training, Coaching and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), this workshop will stimulate participants to focus on areas of development within themselves, their team and organisation. This experiential workshop will focus on ideas, innovation, partnership and business development in order to help you achieve your fundraising goals even in these challenging times.
The workshop will be delivered in two parts:
Part 1 - Dynamic Business Model
The first part of the workshop focuses on introducing a dynamic business model to your organisation. Demonstrate your value to your beneficiaries and funders while capturing the impact of your success. This section of the workshop will also highlight where you can make improvements in the way you work and highlighting your strengths while maximising your potential.
